It’s that time of year again! Don’t forget March 2, 2021 is the deadline for electronically reporting your OSHA Form 300A data for calendar year 2020.
The Injury Tracking Application (ITA) is open and companies can begin submitting data anytime. Read on for what you need to do, based on the size of your company.
Employers with more than 10 employees are:
- required to maintain a log of work-related injuries and illnesses
- maintain work related injury and illness information on forms 300, 300A and 301.
- post the 300A injury summary of 2020’s incidents from February 1, 2021 through April 30, 2021 in a conspicuous location for employees to view
Employers with 250 or more employees that are currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records AND companies with 20-249 employees that are classified in certain industries are:
- required to submit their 300A summary information electronically through OSHA’s ITA software.
