Title: Environmental, Health and Safety Scientist
Bachelor of Science, Safety Studies, Keene State College, Keene NH -The Safety Studies Program – Inducted into and Secretary of Safety Studies Rho Sigma Kappa Honor Society.
A few weeks after graduation I joined the CAPACCIO team where I chose to launch my EHS career. My day to day is never the same as I can be found working alongside any of our other EHS consultants, assisting with clients to help identify compliance gaps and supply creative compliant solutions. I regularly assist with EHS and ISO compliance audits, job safety analysis, Tier II, Toxics use and Air Source Registration reporting. Before joining CAPACCIO, I interned at a Pulp and Paper manufacturing company in Vermont. Prior to getting into the Safety field, I worked at my family’s Funeral Home business in New Hampshire.
What do you like best about working in the Health and Safety field?
My favorite thing about the EHS field is being able to work with people at all levels, whether they are an Operator, Facilities Manager or VP of the company. I like that in this role I can talk about the importance of safety in the workplace and protecting the lives and rights of employees. I really enjoy being a consultant so that I can share my passion for safety to an array of companies throughout the state of Massachusetts and surrounding New England.
Harry Potter Series, I can’t choose just one as they all are too good.
Hi, I’m entertaining myself through COVID-19:
Spending extra time outdoors fishing and going for long hikes with my puppy Nova.
We’re celebrating Safe+Sound week by profiling five of our EHS Scientists.
