January 2021:

We at CAPACCIO hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe during these uncertain and unprecedented times. At CAPACCIO, we continue to closely follow the constant evolving situation surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We continue to monitor the guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure the health and safety of our team members and clients in these challenging times. We remain committed to providing the highest levels of service, including providing services to aid you and your business in maintaining effective and compliant environmental, health & safety (EHS) operations and related critical business needs.

CAPACCIO has entered Phase II of its reopening process. We continue to follow many of the precautions we laid out previously and have added additional controls to ensure the safety of our employees and clients.

  • While we continue to support and encourage remote working, our offices are now open with a limited onsite population. We have also implemented increased cleaning protocols, spaced out our workstations, added physical barriers in high traffic areas, and trained our staff on our new procedures.

  • We have asked employees to remain home if they or anyone in their household is showing any symptoms and/or have any reason to believe there has been any chance of exposure.

  • We continue to encourage the use of virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams and various other systems we have in place when possible.

  • For project work that requires onsite time and/or is essential to meeting regulatory or other client business critical deadlines, we are contacting clients ahead of time to obtain prior approval and ensure that we are following client pre-screening guidelines in addition to our internal guidelines.

  • We have implemented an employee health screening questionnaire that employees are required to fill out before any office or client site visits.

  • We have implemented a contact tracing mechanism using our own EHS-Dashboard™ that can be used for notification purposes in the event an employee contracts or is in contact with someone who has contracted COVID-19.

  • We are following all guidance from the state of Massachusetts on travel bans and travel restrictions to high risk states.

We are fortunate that our team is very familiar with online, remote-based working arrangements. While we continually monitor this ever-changing situation and make necessary adjustments, we will persist in working on your behalf and remain available to you as an operational and strategic resource, doing our best to minimize or eliminate impacts to you and our community at-large. We remain determined to provide you with uninterrupted support and guidance with continued outreach throughout this crisis. If you have any questions, concerns, or immediate needs, for assistance, ideas, or assurance do not hesitate to call us at (508)-970-0033 or send us a message.

We can get through these unprecedented times together.

Stay well and wash your hands!

Sincerely,
CAPACCIO Leadership Team
