As Senior Vice President, Lucy is responsible for directing marketing and business development, building client relationships, and leveraging business partnerships. She has more than 35 years of experience in providing specialized environmental compliance consulting to industry. To help minimize risks, she has focused on solving clients’ environmental compliance challenges by providing cutting edge solutions that align clients’ environmental, health and safety (EHS) team goals with their company business goals.
CAPACCIO’s mission, “Helping Industry and the Environment Prosper,” is something Lucy lives by every day. As a TUR Planner, she helps companies reduce chemical use and waste which creates safer working environments and cost savings. Lucy represents industry’s perspective when developing regulatory guidelines and serves on numerous committees and boards including the TUR Advisory Committee, the Environmental Business Council New England, Central Massachusetts Environmental Business Network (CMBEN) and the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce. She helped found and served as President of the New England Chapter of the Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers (NEACHMM).
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science, Environmental Science from Cook College at Rutgers University and enjoys traveling with her family, music and daily crossword puzzles.Find me on LinkedIn Meet the Team
