CAPACCIO is seeking a highly-motivated mid to senior-level Engineer and Project Manager for a strong career growth-oriented position assisting clients and staff with a variety of industrial wastewater treatment related services.

JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Provide technical assistance to staff and clients on projects related to planning and design activities for new/updated treatment facilities

  • Provide engineering support while troubleshoot or optimizing wastewater treatment operations

  • Assist with identifying, preparing and ensuring operational safety, permitting, regulatory compliance, and hazardous waste management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution in chemical, environmental or civil engineering with a strong chemistry background.

  • EIT registration (Professional Engineer Registration preferred)
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of industrial wastewater treatment system design experience in a industrial setting

  • Possess strong written and oral communications

  • Be independently driven and able to multi-task
  • Demonstrate skills in the areas of project management
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office software products including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in consulting

  • Level II or greater licenses WWTP Operator (MA) License

CAPACCIO is seeking a highly-motivated mid-level safety specialist and Project Manager for a strong career growth-oriented position assisting clients and staff with a variety of health and safety compliance and management services.

JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Provide on-site health and safety services at client sites

  • Develop written health and safety programs and related training materials, including delivering training materials

  • Assist and/or conduct health and safety compliance audits including pre-audit preparation, facility auditing, and preparation of clear and concise finding reports

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution in occupational health and safety, engineering, environmental science or business management

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of health and safety experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Possess strong written and oral communications

  • Be independently driven and able to multi-task
  • Demonstrate skills in the areas of project management
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office software products including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in consulting

  • Laboratory safety

We are currently looking for an environmental engineer with 3-6 years of experience with implementation and management of air quality permitting, reporting and compliance projects such as:

  • Preparing and filing air permit applications
  • Preparing annual emissions reports
  • Conducting greenhouse gas emissions inventories and reporting

EXPERIENCE:

  • Working in industrial manufacturing environments or consulting
  • Project management (strong plus)
  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing air pollution and controls Qualifications
  • S. in Engineering with Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical or related discipline
  • Minimum of three years working on air compliance projects in industrial manufacturing environments or consulting
  • Ability to communicate local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing air pollution and controls to individuals and private or public entities in both oral and written applications
  • Ability to collect and organize engineering and technical facts and data with capability to present findings in clear and concise manner in both oral and written applications
  • Expertise with MS Excel spreadsheets and calculations to perform monthly and 12-month rolling emission calculations
  • EIT or PE (strong plus)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
