Accounting Clerk

Come join our talented team for an exciting and challenging career opportunity!

CAPACCIO is seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks for 30 hours per week. Accounting Clerk responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will run accounting software programs to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. A successful accounting assistant should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.


  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting manager

  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database


  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk

  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

  • Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software (including hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports)

  • Accuracy and attention to detail and well organized

  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks

  • High school degree


  • Associate’s degree or relevant certification

  • Deltek Vision (Financial Management System)
  • Experience working in manufacturing environment

  • Experience working with state and federal agency representatives (i.e. Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, Environmental Protection Agency) a strong plus

  • Engineering-in-Training Certification​

EHS Scientist

Seeking a highly-motivated junior to mid-level environmental, health, and safety scientist for a strong career growth-oriented position assisting clients and staff with a variety of environmental, health, and safety compliance and management services such as to:

  • Provide on-site environmental, health, and safety services at client’s facilities

  • Develop written environmental, health and safety programs

  • Develop and conduct environmental, health and safety training programs

  • Conduct multi-media environmental, health and safety compliance audits of industrial manufacturing and Biopharma operations including pre-audit preparation, facility auditing, and the preparation of clear and concise audit finding reports.

  • Conducting environmental, health and safety management system conformance audits

  • Preparation of environmental permits and reports such as TIER II, Form R/S, air source registrations, industrial wastewater discharge, storm water, and more.


  • Hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or business management

  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of environmental, health and safety experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills

  • Be self-driven, motivated and able to multi-task

  • Demonstrate strong management skills in the areas of project budgeting, scheduling, scope management, and resource management

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office software products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
