Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems Specialist [MSES1]

FULL TIME

Seeking talented Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Management Systems Engineer or Scientist to assist clients and staff with a variety of EH&S system and product compliance services, including but not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for client global product compliance operations
  • Conducting and/or participating in compliance, conformance, and/or client customer audits
  • Identifying ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 system integration recommendations and complete element implementation
  • Interpreting regulations for compliance and identifying risks for incorporation into client’s day to day operations
  • Delivering systems and product compliance training programs
  • Completing global product compliance risk assessments
  • Completing systems and product compliance GAP analyses

Successful candidates for this position must:

  • Posses a working knowledge of current electrical and electronic product regulations (WEEE, RoHS, and REACH)
  • Hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering or related technical discipline
  • Have 7-10 years direct experience in a senior environmental specialist, senior quality engineering, or supplier quality role
  • Be willing to travel globally to visit and support clients (domestic/international)
  • Have working knowledge of environmental health and safety management systems.
  • Be independently driven, have ability to multi-task and posses effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Have general knowledge of business operations, including phase gate new product development processes, manufacturing operations including Bill of Materials (BOMs) , revision control, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
  • Show proven experience and skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point) software

Additional Desired Qualification/Experience:

  • Familiarity with process operations of electronics, semiconductor, biotechnology, biosciences, life science, hospitals, and/or other industries is a strong plus
  • Previous experience presenting web cast training sessions
  • ISO9000 and ISO13485 systems
  • Hands on working knowledge of IPC 1752
  • Hands On working knowledge of GEMS
  • Familiarity with Design for the Environment
  • Previous consulting experience

Environmental, Health and Safety Scientist [HSES1]

FULL TIME

Seeking a highly-motivated mid to senior-level environmental, health and safety scientist and Senior Project Manager for a strong career growth-oriented position assisting clients and staff with a variety of environmental, health and safety compliance and management services, including:

  • Providing on-site environmental, health and safety services at client sites
  • Developing written environmental, health and safety programs
  • Developing and delivering environmental, health and safety training programs
  • Conducting multi-media environmental, health and safety compliance audits of industrial manufacturing operations including pre-audit preparation, facility auditing, and the preparation of clear and concise audit finding reports.
  • Conducting environmental, health and safety management system conformance audits
  • Preparation of environmental permits and reports such as TIER II, Form R/S, air source registrations, industrial wastewater discharge, stormwater, and more

Successful candidates for this position must:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution in engineering, environmental science or business management
  • Have a minimum of seven years of environmental, health and safety experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience in consulting
  • Have a minimum of five years of project management experience
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Be independently driven and able to multi-task
  • Demonstrate strong management skills in the areas of project budgeting, scheduling, scope management, and resource management

Environmental Engineer - Junior Level [ES1]

FULL TIME

Seeking talented Environmental Engineer with 1 to 3 years relevant experience to assist clients and technical staff with consulting & engineering relative to industrial process water & wastewater treatment system design, air pollution control systems design, site remediation, training and technical presentations, design drawings & specifications, technical report preparation, and project coordination.

Desired Qualifications Include:

  • BS in chemical engineering or environmental engineering with strong chemistry background
  • Experience with an engineering firm and/or working in industry/manufacturing environments
  • Ability to make technical computations and calculations involving the application of engineering principles
  • Ability to collect and organize engineering and technical facts and data and to present them clearly and concisely, both orally and in written reports and applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • AutoCAD
  • EIT registration a strong plus

Mechanical Engineer – Junior Level [EES1]

  • BS in mechanical engineering
  • Experience with an engineering firm and/or working in industry/manufacturing environments
  • Experience with project engineering role during implementation (design/procurement/construction) of new and/or upgraded mechanical systems (e.g. process water, wastewater, air handling, cooling, and associated piping and controls) is preferred
  • Ability to make technical computations and calculations involving the application of engineering principles
  • Ability to collect and organize engineering and technical facts and data and to present them clearly and concisely, both orally and in written reports and applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • EIT registration a strong plus

Accounting/Administrative Clerk 1 [ADMIN1]

PART TIME

We are seeking a part-time accounting/administrative clerk to assist with various accounting and general administrative related tasks for twenty hours per week to start with potential to increase if/when mutually beneficial.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with:

  • Accounts receivables including review, obtaining signature approvals if required, and entry into financial systems.  Help with collections, maintain collections period as compared to top firms via reporting, monitoring aging, and logging actions with follow up activities.
  • Review/maintain vendor account statement against systems data
  • Expenses entry including allocations to proper departments, expense accounts and general ledger
  • Document management - preparing, scanning and filing with accordance to document retention policies.
  • Generation of various reporting including billing, aged receivables, and project related as requested by staff

Requirements include:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedure
  • Excellent problem-solving and research skills (i.e. ability to methodically review various discrepancies, exceptions, and present findings with recommended action steps)
  • Excellent organizational and follow through skills (i.e. ability to effectively handle tasks of varying priority and due dates)
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with various levels of staff as well as external contacts; and to maintain confidentiality
