Greenhouse Gas
Filing Deadlines are Fast Approaching!

The Massachusetts Department
of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) has important filing
deadlines approaching for Source Registration (SR) and
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting. April 15, 2010 is
the first important date, with reporting due for the first
of the SR filings and all applicable GHG facilities.
This means that if your facility has an operating permit,
and you meet the GHG reporting requirements, you will have
two filings due on the same day! Below is a list of
SR and GHG filing dates by facility type:
