MassDEP Sets
Source Registration Filing Deadlines for Reporting Year

The Massachusetts Department
of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) has set the filing
deadlines for reporting of air emissions under the source
registration program (310 CMR 7.12). Due to the
success of last year's filing, the MassDEP has again
tiered the filing deadlines, with Annual filers due in
April or May based on whether the facility has an
operating permit, and three year filers being due in
either June, July or August.
