CAPACCIO provides a full array of environmental, health, safety, Industrial Hygiene and engineering services to the Healthcare industry.
Environmental, Health and Safety Consulting Services On an as-requested basis, CAPACCIO provided our client with EH&S consulting and engineering services in the areas of occupational health and safety; hazardous waste management; wastewater treatment; air pollution control; stormwater management, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting assistance; environmental licensing and permitting; and guidance on other applicable environmental requirements. CAPACCIO reviewed a utility tunnel to determine if the space met the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) definition of a confined space per 29 CFR 1910.146. Upon completion of the review, CAPACCIO prepared a written summary of our findings for the client’s review. CAPACCIO further assisted the client by reviewing their list of confined spaces and identifying other potential areas for inclusion. CAPACCIO assisted in the identification of facilities equipment to be covered under the client’s lockout / tagout program and help determine the number of lockout / tagout procedures were required. CAPACCIO drafted a matrix for data collection and provided a listing of equipment subject to lockout / tagout and a letter with an estimate of the number of lockout / tagout procedures that should be included in the client’s lockout / tagout program. |
